Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). During peak periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and vary based on destination and the shipping method selected. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship with major U.S. carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx). When available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible—changes may not be possible once an order is processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods. If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you can’t locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with a carrier inquiry. Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
