Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To start a return request, contact us with your order number and a brief reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, opened consumable products (including coffee) are not eligible for return. The following are also not eligible:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (if marked as final sale)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item(s), the packaging, and the shipping label (if visible). When verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.
